Ordering Process

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1.1.  You may place an order via email, website or in any of 2B Printing retail outlets.

 

2. HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?

2.1.  For timely reply, please send your request via 2B Printing online "Enquiry Form" or email to enquiry@2bprinting.com.sg. Please do leave a contactable number so that 2B Printing staff are able contact you for any queries.

NOTE: 2B Printing may not respond within the same day if the items you requested is complicated or unclear.

 

3. WILL 2B PRINTING MATCH A SAMPLE I PRINT OUT ON MY OWN PRINTER, OR A PREVIOUSLY PRINTED SAMPLE?

3.1.  All consumer printers and computer screen are not calibrated to commercial standard. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your finished piece will approximate your printed sample. On top of this, different output devices including offset, inkjet and laser printers, printed on similar paper material, will produce different color tone. This is mainly due to its ink technology, adsorption of ink into the paper used. 2B Printing, is an established Commercial Printer, uses true offset lithography and continuous tone proofing devices, to achieve +/-10% variation on similar batch of paper material per Pantone® Matching System (PMS) Color Chart.

 

4. HOW DO I SEND MY FILES TO 2B Printing?

4.1.  You may send in the files via email, thumb drive, CDs, DVDs, FTPs or through website such as www.dropbox.comwww.yousendit.com or www.wetransfer.com.

 

5. HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTEST?

5.1.  You may state in email/website and opt for “Urgent” orders while placing order. For Digital Offset orders, 2B Printing is able to complete “selected quantity” orders within 1 hour after artwork confirmation and full payment clearance. You may contact our Customer Service Executives for self-collection or 2B Printing also able to deliver to your door step within 3 hours after artwork confirmation and full payment clearance. For all urgent orders, you need to pay the orders in full to enable 2B Printing to process your orders.

 

6. DOES 2B PRINTING SOLUTIONS PTE LTD ENSURE PROMPT DELIVERY?

6.1.  Per 2B Printing record, only a minimum of 3% delivery might be affected due to unforeseen circumstances. The remaining 97% is ensured to be prompt delivery and clients’ moral support will be very much appreciated.

 

7. WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT OR APPROVED THE PROOF?

7.1.  Yes. This is possible, but please call us +65 6396 6797 soonest. Your goods might be in wait-list for print or have been printed half way.

7.1.1.  If the orders still in wait-list for print, 2B Printing will retrieve your orders for changes. You may expect further delay on the goods delivery date.

7.1.2.  If the orders are printed half way or completed, all changes will lead to disposal of the whole orders. You need to clear the full payment to enable 2B Printing to process the change for you, if you still require the change.

 

8. HOW DO I VIEW MY PROOF?

8.1.  You may view digital proof via email. All consumer computer screens are not calibrated to commercial standard. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your finished piece color will approximate your computer screen display. If you ordered a color proof, you will need to physically visit 2B Printing retail outlet to view. Color proof sample delivery can be arranged with full payment clearance.
